Compatible with the integrated neck loop/lanyard, the LA-403 can also be used with the included 3.5mm extension cable to conceal the receiver in a pocket during use. The dual-ear design helps to block external noises and allow for better audio performance, and the lightweight design makes them easy to wear for extended periods.

Durable, hard plastic construction makes them easy to clean and disinfect using a Listen Technologies disinfecting wipe (LA-901 or LA-902), and disposable foam cushions (LA-167) are available for quick, easy replacement.
